Three Guarantees - Return, Exchange, and Repair Policy

1. Return 
- Within **one month of purchase, if any of the following quality issues occur:  
  - Broken sole  
  - Broken heel  
  - Broken upper surface  
  - Broken upper material  
- Or if the product cannot be exchanged due to quality issues.

**2. Exchange  
- Within **one week**, if any of the following occurs:  
  - Glue failure at the sole and upper joint (length ≥ 2cm, depth ≥ 0.5cm)  
  - Severe peeling or discoloration of the leather surface  
  - Serious color bleeding of the lining  
- Or if the new shoes are unmatched in size, or have exposed nail heads inside.

3. Repair 
- Within the three-guarantee period**, the following issues will be repaired free of charge:  
  - Broken sole  
  - Broken heel  
  - Broken upper surface  
  - Broken upper  
  - Broken stitching between upper and sole  
  - Exposed nail heads  
  - **Small heel surface detachment**  
  - Glue separation or popping at the upper and sole joint (length ≤ 2cm, depth ≤ 0.5cm)  

- If any of the above (except small heel surface detachment) occurs within **one month**, in addition to repair, a compensation of **10-15% of the original price** will be offered.

1. Casual shoes, leather shoes, and sandals are **not suitable for intense sports**.  
2. Keep **at least two pairs of shoes** and rotate them to extend lifespan.  
3. For foot hygiene, **change insoles regularly**.  
4. Avoid contact with **solvents, acids, alkalis, oils**, and other corrosive substances.  
5. Do not soak shoes in water** for long periods to avoid deformation and damage.

Shoe Surface Cleaning:

Synthetic Leather Upper: 
- Wipe with a clean, damp cloth.  
- Use specialized cleaning cream for stains.  
- Do not soak in water** to prevent deformation.

Suede/Nubuck Upper: 
Use a soft brush to remove dust in one direction.  
Apply suede protector** to maintain color and texture.  
Do not soak in water** to avoid damage.
